• Community Information: Community name, theme color, icon
• Person Information:

  • Phonetic name (Nickname)

  • Situation first met
  • Profile photo
• Memo Information:
  • Content of memo
  • Category of memo (Likes/Interests, Personality/Vibe, Conversation notes, Work/Role, Background/Story, Daily life, Relationships, Other)
  • Creation date and time

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

• Device Information: Minimum device information necessary for the operation of the app (OS version, etc.)
• Usage Status: Crash reports and performance information (may be automatically collected via Apple App Store)

1.3 Access to Photo Library

This App requests access to your photo library solely for the purpose of setting profile photos for people. Access is only granted if you explicitly allow it.

2. Purpose of Use of Information

The collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Providing the functions of this App (management of person information/memos, organization of communities)
• Improving app quality and fixing bugs
• Responding to user support inquiries
• Processing in-app purchases (subscriptions)

3. Storage Location and Method of Information

3.1 Local Storage

All information collected and stored by this App is saved only within your device. The following storage methods are used:

• SwiftData: Person information, community information, and memo information are saved on the device using the SwiftData framework provided by Apple.
• Local File System: Profile photos are saved in JPEG format within the app's document directory (profile_images folder).

3.2 About Cloud Synchronization

This App currently does not perform automatic synchronization with iCloud or other cloud services. All data is saved locally on the device.

However, if you use the iPhone backup function (iCloud backup or iTunes backup), the data of this App may be included in the backup. This is a standard feature of iOS and is not independently controlled by this App.

4. Provision of Information to Third Parties

This App will not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• When there is your explicit consent
• When disclosure is required based on laws and regulations
• When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of you or a third party and it is difficult to obtain your consent

5. Use of Third-Party Services

5.1 Apple StoreKit

This App uses Apple's StoreKit framework for processing in-app purchases (subscriptions). All billing information processing is managed by Apple, and this App only confirms the purchase status.

5.2 Other Third-Party Services

This App currently does not use the following services:

• Advertisement delivery services
• Access analysis tools
• Crash report tools (excluding those via App Store Connect)
• SNS linkage functions

6. Data Retention Period

Data input by you is saved on the device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

6.1 How to Delete Data

• Individual Data Deletion: You can individually delete communities, people, and memos from each screen within the app.
• Deletion of All Data: By uninstalling the app, all data on the device will be deleted.

7. Security

This App takes the following measures to protect your data:

• Saving all data on the device and not transmitting it externally
• Preventing access from other apps using the iOS sandbox function
• Optimizing capacity by automatically resizing and compressing profile photos (maximum 500x500 pixels, JPEG quality 70%)

However, regarding events outside the control of this App, such as loss or theft of the device or unauthorized access, we ask that you take security measures for the device yourself (setting a passcode, enabling Face ID/Touch ID, etc.).

8. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 uses this App, please do so under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be changed without notice due to changes in laws and regulations or changes in service content. If there are important changes, we will notify you within the app.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
