This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") sets forth the handling of personal information and user information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Collected Information") of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") in connection with the mobile application "Soccer Laws Dojo" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by the operator of Soccer Laws Dojo (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator").
The Collected Information that the Operator obtains in providing the App includes the following.

[Note] Among the above, the Operator primarily uses the email address for performance management and account identification. Name (family_name, given_name) and preferred_username are not currently used for performance management purposes and may be obtained for identification during account integration.
Regardless of whether the following constitutes personal information, the following information is collected.

[Regarding Payment Information] Payment information such as credit card numbers is managed by platform operators such as Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The Operator does not retain or collect any such payment information.
The Operator collects Collected Information through the following methods.

The Operator will not share collected personal information with other companies. Except as required by law, the Operator will not provide Collected Information (including personal information) to third parties (including third parties in foreign countries) without obtaining the User's prior consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases.
The Operator may outsource all or part of the handling of Collected Information to third-party service providers to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in "3. Purposes of Use of Collected Information" (e.g., server hosting, database management, billing management platforms, etc.). In such cases, the Operator requires the service providers to appropriately manage Collected Information.
The Operator strictly manages collected information and takes the following measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, leakage, alteration, etc. of Collected Information.
In providing the App (particularly the free version), the Operator may use device information, communication information, advertising identifiers, and other information to deliver appropriate advertisements to Users.
The Operator may use device advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID, etc.) for advertising delivery optimization.
If a User is a minor, it is necessary for their parents, guardians, or legal representatives to consent to the contents of this Policy and the Terms of Service, and to comprehensively consent to the User's use of the App. In particular, when subscribing to the paid plan (Premium Plan), please ensure that parental consent is obtained before applying.
Users may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc. of their personal information in accordance with the procedures separately established by the Operator. When such requests are made, the Operator will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations after confirming that the request is from the User in question.
The Operator may improve and revise this Policy as necessary in response to changes in laws and regulations or business needs. If this Policy is changed, the Operator will notify Users by posting within the App or by other means deemed appropriate by the Operator.

The Operator may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand usage of the App and related web pages. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymous traffic data, but do not include personally identifiable information.
The Operator may use servers located outside of Japan for service operations. Even in such cases, the Operator will manage personal information appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations.
