The referee's judgement in allowing the attack to continue after the foul is the highlight of this scene. The loose ball ran into space, but it was unclear whether it would cross the touchline or be reached first by a Kumamoto defender. A second Ehime player was arriving at speed from behind. It appears the referee anticipated that this player could gain control and therefore applied advantage. Waiting to see how the move developed, rather than stopping it immediately, allowed the attack to end in a goal. This was an excellent decision.
