How the footage and Laws apply

Look at the referee's excellent running. First, in the passage where Omiya Ardija threatened the goal with a fast attack, the referee ran and was watching the incident from an excellent position. Then, after the ball was lost and Shonan Bellmare's counter-attack began, the referee's running as the forward pass was played was outstanding. They ran at a greater speed than any of the Shonan players going forward or the Omiya players recovering, in order to get to where they could judge the challenge. To be able to run like this in the 77th minute, in the closing stages of the second half, was a genuinely impressive level of fitness.
