[Positioning] The referee's footwork, staying on the move to find the best position for a corner-kick cross

Look at the referee's footwork and positioning as the cross comes in from the corner kick. A corner kick is a set piece that starts with the ball stationary, and the ball is likely to come into the central area in front of goal, so play is relatively easy to anticipate. Even while the ball is on its way in, however, the positions of and battles between players in the penalty area and in front of goal change constantly in small ways. As a result, the best position for the referee also keeps changing. Looking at the referee's movement in this scene, it can be seen that they never stood still, kept moving their feet, and continually looked for the best view and position while picking up not only the position of the ball but also the small movements of players in the penalty area. Continuing to prepare without standing still, even in a set-piece situation, and trying to respond to changes, is an excellent piece of refereeing and a model for all match officials.
